Tommy Fury, having already claimed victory over YouTube celebrity Jake Paul earlier this year, is slated to face another internet star, KSI, in a boxing fight in Manchester on DAZN.
KSI, the 30-year-old founder of Prime energy drinks, is set to step back into the ring after a hiatus following the use of a racist slur in an online video. The internet personality, whose real name is Olajide Olatunji, has admitted that this will be the “toughest fight in the influencer boxing scene”. He has previously fought Jake Paul’s brother, Logan Paul, who is also scheduled to fight at the same event against a yet-to-be-announced opponent.
The fight between KSI and Fury, brother of WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, is scheduled to take place at the AO Arena on October 14. Despite Fury's earlier statement, dismissing YouTubers-turned-boxers like KSI and the Pauls as “a bit of a joke”, he has described the upcoming bout as “easy money” and predicts a knockout “inside four rounds”.
The 24-year-old, known for his stint on Love Island in 2019, has won all nine of his professional fights, four by knockout. However, the upcoming fight against KSI, organized by Misfits Boxing and set to be broadcast on DAZN, will not count towards either fighter’s professional record as it has not been sanctioned by the British boxing regulator. KSI lacks a professional license in the UK, and only one of his previous fights has been professionally sanctioned.

Also in the card, YouTube sensation-turned-boxer Logan Paul is set to clash with Brazilian jiu-jitsu champion Dillon Danis.
Having recently been a fixture in WWE, Paul’s last fight was against Floyd Mayweather in June 2021. His only professional bout was in 2019 against KSI, where he suffered a split decision defeat. On the other side, the 29-year-old Danis, a training partner of UFC star Conor McGregor and noted for his provocative social media presence, has an undefeated MMA record with Bellator, boasting two first-round submission victories. However, the bout against Paul marks his boxing debut.
Moreover, Deen the Great and Walid Sharks will square off in a highly anticipated rematch. Their previous clash at X Series 003 carved its place as a monumental duel in the crossover scene. Although Sharks seemed dominant by flooring Great twice, Deen's dramatic turnaround in the third round turned the tables, with a game-changing backhand that Sharks couldn't shake off.
