At the Meadowbank Sports Centre in Edinburgh, Erik Robles (14-1, 9 KOs) was fighting against Lee McGregor (12-1-1, 9 KOs) to clinch the IBO super bantamweight title.

The twelve-round bout, which was marked by both fighters trading blows at close range, ended in a unanimous decision with scores of 116-113, 115-113 and 115-113. Robles and McGregor kept the audience on the edge of their seats, with McGregor controlling the eleventh round but Robles roaring back in the final 30 seconds, leading to a give-and-take twelfth round.

The event also witnessed junior welterweight Harlem Eubank (18-0, 7 KOs) secure a decisive victory over Ishmael Ellis (14-7, 0 KOs). Eubank broke down Ellis, dropping him at the end of the sixth round and prompting Ellis’ team to call an end to the bout in the next round.

There was an upset when Kostiantyn Dovbyshchenko (10-13-1, 7 KOs) overpowered previously undefeated Matt Harris (5-1, 4 KOs) with a fifth-round stoppage. Despite a strong start from Harris, Dovbyshchenko rallied back, exhausting Harris with relentless punches. The onslaught led to the referee waving off the fight in the fifth round.

Sultan Zaurbek (15-0, 11 KOs) continued his undefeated streak, easily dispatching John Carter (15-1-1, 7 KOs) in just three rounds of their lightweight bout. An uppercut from Zaurbek sent Carter reeling, causing the referee to step in to save him from further damage. Additionally, Bohdan Myronets (7-1, 4 KOs) outmaneuvered Kash Ali (21-2, 12 KOs) in a minor upset, securing a six-round decision victory with a referee's score of 59-55. In a featherweight bout, Isaac Lowe (23-2-3, 7 KOs) managed a fifth-round stoppage victory over Jonathan Santana (9-6-1, 1 KO), marking his second consecutive win since his knockout loss to Nick Ball in the previous year.
