On yesterday’s fight night, Lyndon Arthur (22-1, 15 KOs), the former WBO #1 light heavyweight fought against Boris Crighton (10-2, 7 KOs) at the University of Bolton Stadium in England.

Eventually, Lyndon claimed a ten-round unanimous decision victory against Boris in a late replacement bout. Previously, Crighton stepped in to replace Arthur's original opponent, Braian Suarez, who failed a late medical examination.

Arthur started off slow and was struggling in the beginning of the fight. However, he found his rhythm after being awakened by his opponent's attack and started to use his long right hand to his advantage, which was complemented by his powerful jab. Despite Crighton’s enthusiastic attempts to land punches, Arthur remained in control of the bout. He began to increase his pace and output in the eighth round, and his right hand strikes opened up a cut below Crighton’s left eye.

This only made Arthur more aggressive, and in the ninth round, Crighton struggled to anticipate Arthur's right hand. Although Crighton ended the ninth round on a high note, Arthur took control again in the tenth round, intensifying the pressure and landing more right hand punches. Finally, with only a few seconds left in the fight, Arthur knocked Crighton down, adding a shine to his scoreline. The judges' scores were 98-92, 96-93, and 99-91 in favor of Arthur.

In the co-main event, “Sugar Kane” Gardner (16-2, 7 KOs) defeated Conah Walker (11-2-1, 3 KOs) in an eight-round bout.
