The highly anticipated three-division world champion Gervonta Davis (28-0, 26 KOs) against Ryan Garcia (23-0, 19 KOs) matchup will take place on April 22 of 2023 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. This fight will try to prove which of the two power-punching phenoms is the better of the two since they are both seen as the future of boxing.
Before they fight in the ring, the two will have a verbal brawl. For the first time, the two will square off in public as there will be no social media jabs; only microphones will be held by the participants.
The promotional tour begins on March 8 in New York and concludes on March 9 in Los Angeles. The first press conference should start today at 12:30 p.m. ET and will be live on YouTube.

This bout is presented by Premier Boxing Champions/Showtime and DAZN/Golden Boy Promotions, which means that Davis’ WBA lightweight championship will not be at stake. If Davis loses, he is the only one who may use a rematch clause.
