The Benavidez brothers, David and Jose Jr., are set to feature in separate bouts on a November 25 Showtime Pay-Per-View event, rumored to be held in San Antonio, Texas. The leading venues in contention for hosting the event are the Frost Bank Center and the Alamodome.

David Benavidez is slated to face the undefeated two-division titlist, Demetrius Andrade, in the main event for the interim WBC super middleweight title. Meanwhile, the co-main event of the evening will see Jermall Charlo, the reigning WBC middleweight titlist, take on Jose Benavidez Jr. It remains uncertain whether Charlo’s WBC middleweight title will be on the line for this bout.

Additionally, the Rey Vargas-Brandon Figueroa WBC featherweight title consolidation bout is also rumored to be part of the card. There’s speculation that this fight might either be on the November 25 card or a December 9 Showtime Championship Boxing event.

David Benavidez, boasting an impressive record of 27 wins with no losses, recently defended his interim WBC super middleweight belt against Caleb Plant. On the other hand, Andrade, also undefeated, will be facing his first former titlist in his 15-year career. Andrade’s signing with Premier Boxing Champions (PBC) earlier this year hinted at such a high-profile matchup.

Jermall Charlo, with a record of 32 wins and no losses, is making a comeback after more than two years out of the ring, while Jose Benavidez Jr. recently broke a three-fight winless streak with a victory over Janjanin. The upcoming event will mark another occasion where the Benavidez brothers share the same fight card, reminiscent of their last joint appearance in Phoenix.
