No Limit Boxing is set to host a groundbreaking all-female fight card at Sydney’s Hoops Capital East, featuring superstar Tayla Harris (8-0-1, 4 KOs) and Millicent Agboegbulen (2-1, 0 KOs) in a clash for the Australian super welterweight title.
Harris, who showcased a dominating performance against Connie Chan in Melbourne earlier this year following a hiatus of over three years, is eager for this second outing in the ring. Reflecting on the event, Harris said, “I’m thrilled to get back into the ring; I keep fit all year due to my football commitments. Every time I get to step in the ring, I seize the opportunity, and this fight will be no exception. This event represents more than just a win for me. An all-female boxing event sends a powerful message, and I am truly proud and grateful to No Limit for having the courage to organize it.”
The event also boasts rising talent Ella Boot (3-0, 0 KOs), trained by the renowned Johnny Lewis, who will be defending her Australian light welterweight belt against MMA convert Annie Thatcher in Thatcher’s debut boxing fight. Additional fights on the card include super featherweight boxer Angel Rushton (3-1, 1 KOs) taking on Jaala Tomat (2-2-1, 0 KOs) and Tywarna Campbell (3-2-1, 0 KOs) facing off against Natasha Kurene (1-0, 0 KOs).
