Newly crowned British and Commonwealth middleweight champion Kieron “Too Class” Conway (21-3-1, 5 KOs) will make the first defence of both belts against unbeaten challenger George Liddard (12-0, 7 KOs) on 17 October at London’s York Hall, live on DAZN.
Conway, 29, blasted out Gerome Warburton in four rounds in May to unify the domestic straps and extend his winning streak to five. Rather than vacate and chase international opportunities, the Northampton boxer elected to meet his mandatory and test his credentials once more on home soil.
Liddard, 23, earned his shot the same month, outpointing Aaron Sutton in an official eliminator. The Essex prospect now steps into his first twelve-round title bout with an eye on seizing Conway’s Lonsdale Belt and catapulting himself into the world-ranking conversation.

For Conway, victory would solidify domestic supremacy and keep him on course for European or fringe-world opposition in 2026. For Liddard, an upset would fast-track the former amateur standout past the British level and announce him as a serious player at 160 lbs.
